MARINE COASTGUARD AGENCY (MCA) TRAINING FOR THE INDUSTRY

MCA Courses and Modules

MCA Basic Safety Training (STCW)

The MCA Basic Safety Training STCW 95 / 2010 certificates are compulsory to work on a commercial vessel, which includes all of the essential codes of conduct. Key skills such as Sea Survival, Fire Fighting, and Ship Security are taught giving you the necessary skills and qualifications to kickstart your career in this prestigious industry.

Our MCA approved classroom-based courses cover Personal Survival Techniques, Proficiency in Security Awareness, Elementary First Aid, and Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities. We run these courses as individual modules or as intensive programs from our HQ in Bristol, using other facilities for specific elements of the training.

Whilst we are unable to provide fire training from our venue in Bristol, we highly recommend Red One who provides the required 2 day Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Course from their venue near Plymouth (not included within our cost).

Cost: £420                           Duration: 3 Days

(This price excludes the Fire Module)

To book the 3-day course please use the calendar below and book the MCA Basic Safety Training Icon.
