Pro-Vela is a high performance development centre, based in the Mar Menor, which has been affectionately dubbed “one of sailing’s best kept secrets”. With over 170 square kilometres of lagoon, 350 days of sunshine and enviable wind statistics, the Mar Menor is a unique sailing venue.

Pro-Vela is situated in the large town of Los Alcazares, which is a fusion of an old style haven for Spanish tourists and a few new additions in the sudden tourism boom experienced 10 years ago. The town has everything (and more) for a perfect sailing holiday and is perfectly located for the near by San Javier airport.
